How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
North America, Europe and Australia:
Depending on what is being purchased, your shipping method and where you are in the world, your shipping time may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. We advise you to place your orders at least 6 weeks in advance so we can have time to customize your items, if applicable, process them and send them. This will also help to offset delays caused by weather and other uncontrollable factors ENSURE TO PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT FULL ADDRESS AS WELL AS A PHONE NUMBER THAT CAN BE USED TO CONTACT YOU IF NEED BE!
South America, Africa and Asia:
Depending on what is being purchased, your shipping method and where you are in the world, your shipping time may take anywhere from 4 weeks and 12 weeks. This is because we will be shipping our items using international methods which take a much longer time to arrive. We advise you to place your orders at least 3 months in advance so we can have time to customize your items, if applicable, process them and send them. This will also help to offset delays caused by weather and other uncontrollable factors. ENSURE TO PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT FULL ADDRESS AS WELL AS A PHONE NUMBER THAT CAN BE USED TO CONTACT YOU IF NEED BE!
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an Order ID. You can use this order ID as well as your email address to track your order on our “Track My Orders” page.
How Do I Place an Order?
Browse the items on our website and add your favourites to the cart. From the cart you can checkout, choose a shipping method, choose a payment method and provide your address information!
How Should I to Contact if I Have Any Queries?
You can contact us from the “Contact Us” page or you can simply send an email to support@omasbridal.com. Make sure to put as much detail as you can in the email in order to avoid any delays in reply.
Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
You do not need an account in order to place an order but it is recommended to have one so you can easily track your orders and review your previous orders. Account holders also get first hand access to our promotional events and new arrivals!
Why Have I Not Received a Confirmation Email?
If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary.
I Ordered the Wrong Size, can I Make a Correction?
As long as the processing is not completed, meaning, you have not received a tracking number, then yes, we may exchange the size of the item ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible to make these changes. This only applies to items that are not personalized/customized.
Can I Cancel/Return /Exchange My Order?
No, cancellations are allowed but we do accept exchanges or returns. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange the changes. If you have already received a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched. We will not be able to grant any cancellations. Note: We cannot for personalized/custom items unless we are contacted within 12 hours after placing the order.
Make sure to provide your correct address so that you can receive your item. We are not responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address.
If we sent you the wrong item, please e-mail us at support@omasbridal.com with your name, e-mail and Order ID# so we can solve this issue asap.
If you receive a faulty item and provide proof through photographs, we will accept your request if proof is satisfactory
How Can I Apply a Discount Code?
During checkout, you’ll be provided with the option to enter a discount code. Make sure to use it during checkout.
What Address Format Should I Use?
Sometimes orders are delayed because your address is ambiguos. Before placing an order take the time to read this information.
North America, Europe and Australia:
If your shipping address is within the US and being delivered to a house or apartment complex then it should be in the following format:

[Apartment Number (if applicable)]
[City, State, Zip Code]
If you are looking for your item to be delivered to your institution then please google your institution’s mailing address for residence halls.
Africa, South America, Asia:
It can sometimes be tricky to fill out information of your shipping address when your order is international.
The most helpful page we have found to help you with how your shipping address should be would be upu.int.
